★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直是在kingsway上的那家寄的，服务非常好，非常满意。结果今天去了丽晶的那家，有一个戴眼镜长黑发的女人，态度极其嚣张恶劣，口罩都掩盖不住那种像家人没了的黑丧脸。我先打了招呼，她看都不看我一眼，一直低头坐自己的事。我以为她听力残障，就和旁边那个男生说我要寄快递，男生的态度还可以，就开始帮忙。期间这个女的也态度非常不好的和那个男生讲话。后来我问了些寄东西的问题，这个女人就用极其冷淡的词语回答，这耳朵不是没问题嘛，然后回答的时候每一句话都没超过过5个字。付钱时我付的现金，她找钱的时候直接把钱丢过来。整个过程大概5分钟，她从未抬过头看我一眼，可能我误会她了，她不是听力残障，应该是有眼疾。

During this period, this woman also had a very bad attitude and talked to that boy. Later, I asked some questions about sending things, and the woman answered in extremely cold words. Isn't the ear okay, and when she answered, every sentence did not exceed 5 words. I paid cash when I paid, and she threw the money over when she looked for money. The whole process was about 5 minutes. She never looked up at me. Maybe I misunderstood her. She is not hearing impaired, she should have eye problems.

I understand the mail may not be picked up during the weekend. But I don't understand why it took so long for them to update my delivery. I paid for a faster service and got nothing worths the money.
Tried to contact the shop. No one picked up the call or replied text messages. So disappointed.
