β β β β β Super friendly, easy to use. Wouldnβt have known it was there but it was listed on purolators website as a drop off location. Dropped off my packages and he helped me with some extra tape I needed.

β β β β β Had to do an AMAZON Return and they stipulated Purolator. This place was on the way home.
1) NOT an easy place to find if you only read English.
2) In a crazy crowded front window, there is a tiny Purolator sign in a sea of FEDEX signs and "stuff".
3) Walked in the door to be completely ignored for over 5 minutes by the guy who was on the phone arguing (speaking loudly and in a agitated manner) in what I deduce was Vietnamese.
Kinda awkward as there was only us and he was staring at me like he wanted me to leave while he was on this strange call. Had there been another Purolator drop off nearby, I'd have walked out and not thought twice. I will find another should I need to return something to AMAZON in the future.

β β β β β Beware! They will lose your package. Get a receipt when you drop off anything.
They lost my signed loan documents that caused me a lot of grief. But was able to work things out with the bank. This happened in November 2021.
I thought it might be an honest mistake so I didnβt write it then. But just a few days ago they lost an Amazon return package that my wife dropped off.
