★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Josh is hands down one of the most caring, technical and straight up friendliest people you will ever meet in Martial Arts. His enthusiasm for Martial Arts and life in general is contagious and you always enter his school with a smile and leave with an even bigger smile.
His knowledge and technical understanding of jiu jitsu is incredible. What's so cool is he totally practices what he preaches every day on the mats, as you roll with him he has the physical tools to completely maul you but chooses to go with the flow and use pure technique rather than strength.
His academy has such a clean, chill, positive vibe to it that you would think you walked into a yoga studio. It's refreshing supporting Flow Martial Arts as they remind me of a mom and pop shop that focuses on relationships rather than making money in comparison to the other big box martial arts schools out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh just opened up Flow Martial Arts in our neighborhood and my two boys have started taking his karate class. He is so patient with them and my boys absolutely love going to class. I can't recommend his studio enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible environment! As a first timer I was really intimidated to try Kick Boxing. But Josh brought a positivity and enthusiasm that helped me feel incredibly comfortable and strong! I've become totally addicted and love the way the classes are structured. 10 / 10 for FLOW!

Josh is an incredible teacher and probably the most positive person I ever met. And so are the people who train here. Don’t worry if you’re new to kickboxing or don’t have someone to come with you. You’ll meet great people and train in a super welcoming environment!
And you’ll have lots of fun doing it!

A role model and a teacher to my boys for over 6 years, I have known Josh to be a passionate teacher in martial arts. Not only that, his knowledge on multiple other sports and fitness is unbelievable. The studio is clean, parking at the back is easy and a great atmosphere overall. I am not a fitness buff and can barely kick, but I feel welcomed here and you will feel the same too.

I will return and come as I can as it's a great workout, practical self-defence skills and great agility/functional fitness training. Thank you Josh!
