★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful accommodations but not much else , no tv was a bit of a disappointment and it was not made clear that it was shared bathrooms and kitchen, otherwise excellent location , luxurious accommodation and setting .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented four rooms for 3 nights during the Center of Gravity festival in July. Received confirmation for the room. Then proceeded to purchase festival tickets. Was then informed that there are no rooms available so I am stuck with tickets and no accommodation. Be careful booking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience at all ....advertises room with flatscreen TV ..too bad the TVs don’t work… Hard place to find in the dark… Not clear instructions to get in with code. You also have to share a bathroom. Very very disappointed but couldn’t get my money back. I feel deceived. Be very very careful booking because you will not get your money back and you will be disappointed in what you get for what you pay, which is way too much for bed in a room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Terry needs to get his act together I phoned and booked and was told room 5 took my payment information. Week before I phoned to make sure everthing was okay and was told no it was going to be room 8 because he forgot to put on calender. At that time he told me the access code. The day we arrived we went in by access code my husband went to get luggage I was sitting downstairs when these people arrived and I said so what room are you in they said number 8 so I said no that our room number was 8 . The other people phoned and thats when I found out he put us in room 4 needed different access code which was given. Terry should have phoned me with the different room number before the date of arrival. If we were a little earlier we would have been in numbet 8 how embrassing for everyone. The place is very clean and bed soft but too high should have foot stool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at booking on line so it was not what I expected. Details of entry were sketchy at best with communication between host was either text or email. However beds were very comfy, shared bathrooms clean and the option of communal living space, WiFi for guests. Just up the way of the city esplanade
