S	Sara Edgar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The king bed was comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a dream, but I probably won't be back after the housekeeper stole my partner's luxury brand slippers. We called the hotel to report them missing right after we left with details of where we had left them in the room, however the room had already been cleaned and nothing was brought to the lost and found despite multiple calls back. Hope that housekeeper enjoys wearing somebody else's slippers. Ew.

I like how the toilet is in a separate room than the rest of the washroom lol We had booked a block of rooms for a Stagette weekend, and there was a lot of confusion with the room situation and payment. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. My only honest concern is that they appear to be under staffed. It took our party almost 2.5 hours to get food. Most of us only ordered toast. But the coffee is good and the staff were working hard. I would definitely return, just some improvements I think that need to be made.
S	Stacie Abernethy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. Definitely not a “Prestige” hotel comparable to a low end motel. Hotel room was dirty and very tired looking. King bed horrible both my husband and I suffered stiff sore backs for a couple of days afterwards. Bathroom so small that I couldn’t open the door without standing in the shower and I’m a tiny person. Pool was closed but that wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking and there was no pub as advertised online. Restaurant was only opened until 9 pm although the food was good and the servers were great! It is conveniently located downtown near the waterfront so we were able to walk to a few other places. Just felt the website description and Prestige name was very deceiving for what we paid for. This was our first get a away in a very long time and we were very disappointed!

Hot tub had scum stains on the high water mark and the towel stand was covered in brown crud. The floor looked dirty in the washrooms. The rest of the hotel was OK. Hot water was only warm on one day and the shower heads are small so you get cold in the shower. The front staff gave me a $10 meal vouture and did not know there should be an option to get points instead of the credit.
H	Henry Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was great, as Best Western Diamond status, we got a room upgrade to a better room, plus a welcome amenity of a bottle of wine plus a granola bar. Room was very cute and the poster bed was a refreshing change. Overall, had a lovely time there. However, the only reason I am giving this a one-star review is of a billing issue ( there was a $20 Best Western Gift Card that I wanted to apply to my reservation, front desk says that they didn't know how to do it and if I forwarded the gift card to their email, they would refund me that amount and resolve the issue). However, that has not been resolved since I checked out, but as soon as it is resolved, happy to edit my review. EDIT : The hotel has reached out and resolved the payment issue, and so edited my review to 5 stars. Well deserved!
K	Kayla Coble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend staying here for several reasons: Pool area- green swimming pool, literal dirt pooled at the bottom of hot tub and a repeating ant infestation on the pool deck (when front desk told they simply swept up the ants with a broom) Dirty room- empty body lotion bottle found near bed on the floor in addition to a loose prescription pill which thankfully was found by me and not a child. If the price was not comparable to other hotels it would be understandable however Prestige has not proved to be the reputable brand I thought it was. Downtown location was convenient. I never leave reviews but felt the need to warn anyone looking at staying here.

Ask about rooms with views over park as the construction and parking lots to the side are dismal and not really meant to enjoy sitting out on the balconies. Missing its prime place of years gone by it is still in a great location with easy access to the park...waterfront... and within walking distance of the arena... restaurants... bars.. shopping and casino.

Restaurant food and hotel staff were certainly EXCELLENT. Hot tub was terrible... would not stay there again because the hot tub was a huge disappointment. Would definitely go back for the comfy bed and the delicious meals tho.
