J	Janice Reece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, it was very comfortable and clean it doesnt have a restaurant in the hotel but there is a Ricky`s restaurant close by and what I ordered was good and a pizza place called Papa Murphys I didn't try Papa Murphy's but it was a very busy place and also a there is a mall not 5 minutes from the hotel. I stayed in the motel part so I was able to cook something if I wanted and buy whatever I needed to cook the meal from the grocery store in the mall.

It's my birthday so I have a temp licence and desk clerk refused to accept it. I stay in multiple hotels a month and never has picture of been required. She accepted my Costco card as Id. Nice hotel good rooms would stay again.

However, I tried to reach the front desk 3 times last night and once this morning and it rings and rings and no one answers. The pool has been closed since we arrived to the disappointment of my kids and there is no ice box in our room.
T	Tyler Crompton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We stayed at this hotel with our kids youth lacrosse team May27-29th. When we arrived we were told the pool is currently “out of service” and there was no idea when it would be working. This should have been explained to us when we booked as it was clear by the dirty condition it was in that it had not been working for months. The first day we had arrived our team of 8-10 year olds were playing and hanging out as a team outside of the hotel and started getting yelled at to be quiet by people on the second floor. After discussing this incident with hotel staff, they explained that the hotel was being used as a hospice for cancer patients and that our kids needed to be quiet throughout the day. Our kids were being constantly followed and yelled at by security over the 2 days. The behaviour by the staff/security was absolutely disgusting. These facts should have been explained to us when we were arranging the group booking. We paid an extremely high rate for this hotel because it was one of the only places available in town with a pool during the busy weekend. Very disappointed, the motel is also old, dirty and in a location with lots of homeless traffic. If you have groups with kids, do not book here!!
P	Patti Chandler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 7 nights in a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchenette. The rooms were clean and bright. We appreciated the extras…unlimited soap, shampoo and conditioner. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We asked for extra coffee and tea and received them within minutes. The Inn is within minutes to several amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and bowling! Checking in and out was quick and seamless. Definitely recommend staying at Accent Inn! PS Love the rubber ducky!

Observed their care of Merritt evacuees in their time of need: impressive and heartwarming. Bonus is their immediate proximity to Ricky's restaurant, also providing excellent service.
E	Elizabeth Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place anyway - the ducks, the cool signage and the overall experience (elevator balloon ride!) has always been good. Today the staff went above and beyond when we had to stay a couple extra days due to a family loss. They were quick to accomodate and even offered a special breakfast (not normally offered) to assuage our grief. It was greatly appreciated

The staff are awesome! Clean rooms with everything we need. Pet friendly! Only complaint is the mattress- after 3 nights my hips were so sore I was happy to be Back in my own bed!
