★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter missed her appointment because she had been in a car accident the day before. The receptionist refused to hear why, was incredibly rude, and forced her to pay $100.00 before seeing the doctor. She is a student, and this is ridiculous. Really tired of doctors allowing the front end staff to behave this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible with communication. Because of the lack of gynecologists available in the area, reception really does act like they are the gift from God. This makes them very inaccessible and unapproachable. The gynecologists themselves are very informative and kind, but the cryptkeepers at reception are ROUGH.
