C	Collin Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have stayed at the White Wolf inn twice in the past year. The staff are friendly, It’s cozy, and the rooms have a nice touch added with art on the walls. The price is pretty good compared to what you would pay in Jasper. I will say though, the first time we stayed the duvet was not clean, and had stains on it. Not sure how often they are cleaned. The second time we stayed, a few months ago, the room was not cleaned well. Especially the bathroom. Marks in the toilet, no toilet paper, hair in the bathtub, and the tissue dispenser had half ripped tissue sticking out. As a precaution, especially in a pandemic, we ended up popping over to the Canadian Tire, picking up a cleaner and paper towel, and giving the room, especially the bathroom, a good wipe down. Overall cozy and comfy, just wish housekeeping was a bit better. A good place to stay if you don’t mind driving a bit into Jasper.
Y	Yuen-ying Carpenter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly! We were so glad to find a place near Jasper that allows larger dogs. We stayed here for two nights with our excitable 70-lb pup and it was exactly as advertised. It was great having a small wooded public park area with paths just behind the building where we could walk the dog before and after driving into the National Park to hike during the day. Really friendly service when we checked in and checked out, and very reasonably priced. Would happily stay here again.

Every other lodge and Inn was asking for too high a rate for the off-season. This inn offers fare prices, is pet friendly and has drive-up rooms. The room we had was equipped with a fridge, microwave, thermostat, TV and was very clean and cozy. The front desk, specifically Sungmo, was so friendly and kind. This was the only hotel we stayed at over our entire three week trip and we’re so glad we did. Thank you for the great accommodations!!

C	Corey Piercey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bit of an issue during a recent stay. Was going to leave 5 mins after checking in. The night attendant rectified it very quickly. However, my trailer was broken into in the parking lot.
K	Katrina Beausoleil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room (124) had a weird smell in it that just didn't go away (which might be from being pet friendly, but I don't have animals). The water didn't get hot. The sheets were clean but you could tell they were old and had stains. The staff on night shift was friendly though.
S	Steve Stander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there around 7:30pm to check in. It was about -15 outside and probably colder inside my room when I got there. I turned on the forced air heater and the heater barely worked. It would have taken over an hour to heat up the room. If it did heat up the room in an hour, the heater was so loud that I don't think we would have gotten much sleep through the night. I went to the office and tried another room. The heater was also off and was really cold in the room. I turned on the heater and only cold air was coming out after 10 min. The other thing I noticed was that there were no comforters on the beds. There were only sheets which was really misleading comparing this to the pictures on the website. We booked the room through Hotels.com. We phoned them and got the room canceled and got a full refund. We booked a room in a different hotel. We were lucky to get another room in Hinton because it was extremely busy at the time. Probably the worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would never attempt to stay there again.
A	Alexander Saldua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was decent, room was probably one of nicest rooms I had on my trip from Toronto to BC. I just advise anyone staying here to stay at a room far away from room 23. There's a few "long term residents" here and room 123 seems to have someone with a drug addiction. They smashed a window of a car that belonged to another long term resident. Pretty eventful stay. Be a pretty nice motel if the owner takes care of this issue.
