N	Nichole N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Absolutely horrible. The pictures I seen when booking online (I’m a choice member) were not what is reality. The room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, lamp shades, dirty light switches, scuffs on walls, holes in walls, handprints all over everything, lights in bathroom didn’t work, the list goes on. We had two rooms - both just absolutely disgusting. We looked at other rooms to switch every single one we saw was the same. Just gross!! I couldn’t believe they allow these rooms to be used they’re so dirty!!!! Was honestly so disgusted and uncomfortable didn’t even unpack and stay, immediately got a refund and left. I have never seen even a motel like that in my life. I’m appalled. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Pool closed at 10pm and I missed the cutoff due to me being on the phone with traveluro. But the ladies at the front were very helpful during the process and I was very pleased once everything got figured out. Let me use the pool as well past closing which was very kind! Hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades and repairs but I really think you pay for what you get. Comfortable clean room with a hotel breakfast. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was definetly better then what i was expecting. We stayed for 2 nights the cost of what would have been one in jasper and just drove in for the day to explore! Definetly will be coming back and staying again soon. :)
S	Sherri Turta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in very early yesterday morning and we were greeted by Nathan the Night Auditor! He was very friendly and welcoming! Our room was decent and the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but worth it for the price.
