k	kirk blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 2 rooms with this hotel . As soon as I booked the room over the phone they informed me that the restaurant and lounge were closed until further notice . I cancelled the 2 rooms immediately after hearing that . A few weeks went by , the hotel had charged my credit card for the 2 rooms any way . I phoned the manager 3 times and all 3 times got his voicemail and did not receive any call backs. The holiday inn , in Hinton are dishonest and can not be trusted with your credit card number
D	Devon Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was not included but was extra. It was worth it, though, as it was very yummy. If you're passing through the area, definitely recommend a stop here.
S	Smokey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are great and rooms, although older are ok, but reasonably clean. The rooms are not the easiest to navigate for persons with disabilities, but manageable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinners were very expensive for the amount of food you get. Flavors were still very good.
m	mwrk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the pool location. The parking lot is close as well, which is nice. As well as staff’s ability to accommodate room closeness. It was important for our family to be able to go back and forth from each room visiting. Thanks!
L	Larissa Chenier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is definitely dated but clean. The pool, although large and with a waterslide was freezing cold and the "hot tub" was tepid. The real issue we had was a large group of hockey players and parents from Winfield were partying until 12:30 and the poor front desk guy (who was so nice!) couldn't get them to knock it off. We will be staying at the East side Holiday Inn next time.

My only complaint was that the food served at breakfast should be an embarrassment. The sausages and potatoes were ice cold and honestly tasted like they were cooked 3 days prior. Thought I could save the day with toast but after 5 minutes in the old toaster the bread was barely toasted. Doesn’t cost much to replace a toaster Left hungry. I would definitely stay here again but would go elsewhere for breakfast unless things improved drastically
A	Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The pool and water slide was a huge hit with my kids. Room was large enough and there were lots of TV channels so we could find the sports we wanted to watch. Gym was great as well. Negative: Not enough toiletries in the room but they were quick to bring extra.
F	F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean and comfortable. My only qualm was that the curtains were not very functional and did not block out light from parking lot well. This was how bright it was at midnight. I barely slept at all because the room was so bright, and all the mirrors facing the window reflected the light from the parking lot all around the room. The curtains were thin white and short.
