★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know the owner and several staff members very well, but I would review them the same regardless. I'm never lost in a parts section. They cut keys, mix paint, have every generic part I can find a need for, d leliver to absurd mountainside locations... Can't ask for much more from a hardware store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgable and helpful staff, a large variety of stuff packed into medium sized store. I was trying to figure out what I needed to fix a specific problem and they were opening boxes to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for.i remember looking for something a while back and they offered to order in what they did not have in stock. Many stores in this area seem to have "Whistler prices" but they don't seem gougey at this one. Functional atmosphere.

I politely asked for some assistance and the cashier said WHAT!!! to me.
I said excuse me is this how you address customers and she mumbled something rude about not liking the way I spoke to her.
I left the store called the manager who did nothing to appease the situation.
Terrible customer service ??
Never shopping there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and well stocked but definitely on the higher end of the price scale for a hardware store. Upstairs home decor/kitchen supplies section is really well stocked but best have your wallet ready, not cheap by any means. They have what you need 9 times out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than just a hardware store. Go check out the upstairs. Nice kitchenware selection and some cool home furnishings.
Not as expansive as the Osoyoos Home Hardware, but still pretty impressive. A great place to go check out after picking up some Purebread and filling your growler at Whistler Brewing.
