★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite stores. They have a gadget for just about anything you can imagine. Their gardening section is quite interesting as well.
The only downside about this store is I always go in saying I’ll just look and see what’s new… but end up leaving with a lightened wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great service prior to this universal mess we’re going through. I wear an eye to chin, half way around my face shield according to AHS recommendations. The fellow insisted I ALSO wear a mask under the shield. I can hardly control my claustrophobia under the shield, a mask in addition is an absolute NO. My money will be honourably appreciated elsewhere that understand the rules and appreciate their customers. Won’t be back. Fellow was polite though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for places that sold a wood burner that I could adjust the temperature (to my surprise, there weren’t many reliable ones to choose from without reviews stating that they get too hot or stop working after a few uses), and then I found Lee Valley online and decided to head in store for the product.
As soon as I saw the signage for the location’s building, I instinctively knew that this place was going to be TOP quality, and I was very much correct. The store is about medium-ish sized with a plethora of products and selection available. The overall aesthetic and superb cleanliness was quite impressive.
As I remember, I was helped by a worker named Mark, and he was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed. He was so kind and eager to assist in my needs as a buyer.
I immensely appreciate the atmosphere of this business—you will not be let down.

The wood finishes and abrasives are two of my favorite things from here.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

What can I say, this place is my choice of shopping for tools and presents. Thank you for everything. So well organized and a warm feeling when entering the store. It's the best.

I believe the name has it all when it comes to product line selection of choices especially when you are looking at detailing work for a specific job and Hardware for it. Was working on a similar project for a client and happened to approach by one of the associates at Lee Valley named "AJ" the guy has a excellent knowledge when it comes to tools. It is really fortunate that you come across someone who is knowledgeable and insightfull enough to show you the options exactly go well with your project. Cheers!!!
Took his time to understand what exactly I am working on and showed me all the options to help me to pick the supplies I need for a project I am doing for my client.
