★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive selection of Milwaukee (and other brands) cordless tools. At Home Depot they only have tools for contractors. As a HD mechanic I was looking for somewhere to check out the 1/2” impacts and when I went in to KMS to check it out they had it on sale for $550 down from $650. Bought it on the spot. Will be coming back for more Milwaukee tools in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of tools. Front counter worker was rude and dismissive, overall I enjoyed shopping there but the front desk worker needs to work on her customer service skills. I’d rather deal with the other workers who were much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today for the first time to look around. I had been just going up and down the aisles getting a feel for the layout of the store. An employee approached me to see if I needed anything, I said I was fine. If the interaction ended there, I wouldn’t be writing this review. The employee proceeded to follow me around the store for the rest of the time I was there. I felt extremely uncomfortable, like I was being supervised to make sure I didn’t steal anything. I don’t know what made this employee decide that she was going to treat me like a thief, but she won’t have to worry about it anymore, I won’t be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware online “sales”. Went to the website to order $1000 Dewalt power tool kit. Flyer stated that you get a free 2 pack of batteries and listed the part number as the 2 pack. In the cart it would only give me the single battery. Searched through the website and they don’t even sell the 2 pack of 5ah batteries. Also, the flyer stated that the batteries were a $300 value when you can buy them for $169 elsewhere. Conversely, they sell the single battery for $200 which is more than the 2 pack should be. Sounds like the price gets jacked so they can say you get a “free” item of higher value. Watch yourself and make sure you get what you’re promised.
