★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, I love to ask the technicians about all the tools and they're always keen to oblige. I wish there was a bigger show room like the south location though. Me and most of my blue collar friends love to see the new equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited June 26. Was refused service because didn't want to wear face mask. I never wear face mask due to personal reasons. I freely can go anywhere to way bigger retailers like Home depot, Lowe's, Costco etc but those guys should be different and and difficult I guess. They just lost couple thousand of my business I will take elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilti Edmonton is another one if those places where no sand is thrown down in the lot, so you basically have to slide around until you get lined up to the dock. they also won't let truckers delivering their product use the washrooms saying we have to walk to the Tim Hortons, even though we just had to slide around to get into their dock, and they won't come out because it's too slippery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be a lot better. I had to greet first. I wasn't allowed to use our business account. They didn't let me open a package to explain my needs, and I had to argue to get my PO on the invoice.
