Unpleasant, not polite for a penny, worst experience that I have my whole life, because she owns the place doesn't give her the right to be so unprofessional!! WAKE UP LADIE, IT'S YOYE FREAKING BUSINESS. Maybe she should sell it for a better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly well stocked for such a small store but naturally it follows from that that your choices for any one item will be more limited. The staff is very friendly and helpful but not as effusive as whistler people usually are. You get your business done and leave and they'll help you do that efficiently. What more can I say? It's a hardware store. Not expensive but not cheap.

Helpful and do their best to accommodate as small space and huge variety of goods required. Thank you for being there as saves me huge drive to function junction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Likely one of the few hardware/general stores in Whistler and likely the only one in the village center. Like the name says, it has all manner of hardware for house repair, and some assorted stuff for camping, fishing, outdoors activities, board games, card games, stay at home family time stuff, and the usual accoutrements for when you forget something and need to pick something up like sunscreen etc. Due to its tiny size, there is limited stock of everything and selection is limited as well which is understandable. The gentleman at the desk was surly and generally unhelpful when we asked him a few questions; hard to know if that is just him or a bad day; regardless we purchased our wares and left without much fuss. Place is worth checking out if you live in the village and need some hardware for fixit stuff, or you have forgotten some small items; for visitors, there is a limited selection of items, but perhaps worthwhile perusing as well if you are window shopping. Now that i know about it; will keep in mind for what it is. Value for money is about average.
