★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! We used this platform 3 times in the last two weeks for all our Golden River of Dreams paddle return rides from Meadow Park back to Rainbow park or Lakeside! Easy to use app (as good as Uber), fast pickups, convenient to book, competitive pricing, friendly & professional drivers. Nice to just where and when your ride is coming! Will definitely use them for again this summer.

For casual riding - this service is nice
It’s a good service if you are flexible on your arrival time at your destination, but if you have work at a specific time, or if you have to catch a bus to Vancouver for a certain time, Even with scheduling this ride the night before, the drivers can still be up to 30 minutes late. Whereas if you prescheduled a taxi, they would arrive on time.
But it’s been 3 /4 times now that I’ve had to wait half an hour unexpectedly and therefore be late for work no matter if I book the ride in advance or I book to leave my house early to allow for delay.

He was there within a few minutes and was super nice. he waited for me after I was in the wrong pick up spot. while waiting for us to find the right spot, he even declined a 100$ from someone begging him for a ride because he refused to cancel our trip. best and most reliable driver from any ride or cab service I've ever taken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Whistler for 3 weeks during the bus strike. Whistle saved our vacation. We used it everyday to go everywhere. Every single driver was polite, courteous and helpful. Andrew was extraordinary and went above and beyond to pick us up outside regular whistle hours (5:30 am!) to take us a very short distance from our condo to meet our Vancouver shuttle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super customer service by the owner when I had a few queries- he truly values his drivers - and his customers. Would def recommend. Drivers were prompt, communication of booking the ride, payment, pick up etc all are excellent once you download the app. Give them a try- you will be super happy ;)
