I had gotten one a few weeks prior but then I had crashed myself on it so the whole bike was messed up. They immediately told me not to worry and fixed everything. I didn't expect them to go beyond and do little things like paint repair and other little cosmetic fixes. But they made it look BRAND NEW. I am so happy with their services and recommend anyone who wants to buy a bike, come here ! You will need repairs eventually and willing and generous people are what you will need.

G	George Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this shop after Oxygen bikes all came down with covid and neglected to inform me not to come in for my repair appointment I scheduled three weeks back. I already waited almost a month so I was desperate to get my bike fixed. I brought my pedelec eBike into Wheels of Lakeshore and the guy at the counter said he wasn't familiar with my eBike, but will do his best to tune it up anyway. He quoted me one week, however I got a phone call the next morning that it was finished. When I came by to pick the bike up, the guy once again warned me to take it to a shop that sells eBikes next time as they are more familiar. I really appreciate the honesty. Despite him being humble and unfamiliar with the bike, he did an exemplary job and the bike performs better than it did out of the box and better than any previous tune up job. Out of all the shops I have repaired the bike in, Wheels of Lakeshore exceeded my expectations. I am eager to come back here again in the future for a tune up and minor repairs.

I haven’t ridden a bike in a few years let alone bought one so I didn’t know where to start but lucky for me Alex was there to help! He found me the perfect fit for my needs (getting around the City this summer without going too fast!) including the perfect colour. He showed me everything I needed to know - from how to detach the front wheel properly to changing gears. Plus he set me up with the perfect helmet and lock system which you definitely need in TO! Super grateful for his knowledgeable advice and excited to ride!! Thank you!!
