Thom took the time to fix the seat post on one of the new bikes as I was so in love with it but a little too tall for me so he ordered a new post. I also wanted to put a rear rack on this bike but realized it wasn't going to fit, so Thom and his team recommended that I attach a P-Clamp. Him and his team are very professional in dealing with his clients, and I can see that a lot are returning clients of his. Bike gears/accessories are reasonably priced. Continue the great service.

Thomas at Cycle Butik looked my bike over and let me know what might need to be replaced (front break pads were wearing unevenly, tire treads were a bit worn) and gave it a tune up. A huge thank you because after he worked his magic I noticed a huge difference in how smoothly my bike worked. Brakes were working perfect, gears changing easily, and he adjusted my mirror & bell in the right position. Highly recommended!

B	Brian A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! The crank on my bike fell off near his shop and I asked them if I could borrow an allen key to tighten it enough to get me home. The owner replied that he would have to charge a minimum of 25.00 and then told me that this is how he makes his living. I reminded him that I had purchased bike tubes from in the past. He didn't care. Wow! 25.00 charge for the use of an allen key. I was in need of help and this is how this person is trying to take advantage of my bad luck. I found another bike shop not too far away and they went out of their way to tighten it for me at no charge.

CB quoted me a great price to have them mounted, so I gave them a try. kept the wheels there for 2 days but even they couldn't muster the remedy. (good to know i wasn't the issue). I offered to pay for their time but they refused. thank you so much for trying, I'll be back for some more help soon!

The employee with an Irish accent took care of my bicycle properly and took the time to make sure the brakes were aligned and adjusted. I wish I had known about this place sooner as I live in the area. Highly recommend!!

One for a spring tune up and the other for a few quick tweaks like cutting the seat post. Repair folks were very chill and nice. Clearly love bikes. Bonus points for location right along the bike path too.
