★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service at the counter when I ordered my customized egg McMuffins without the bread and a couple of extra tomato slices. Avoiding gluten at McDonald's is super easy and makes breakfast or lunch time a snap for a Celiac like me. The food came out hot and fresh and well presented. The restaurant appeared to be clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Mcdonalds. Every time I see those golden arches at the peak of the road. I peak over the crest of the hill and my heart melts. Fast and Ready food - at a reasonable cost* Maybe not so much with inflation anymore... but anyway. Remember when junior chickens were 1.37. WOW.
This location has a great late night staff and they always bring their A game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm amazed this location it still open. Every time I come here the employees are rude and really don't care if they get your order right or not. All they seem to care about is getting you through the drive thru as fast as they can so they don't have to deal with you. I ordered the new double maple BBQ quarter pounder. Pattys and bacon was burnt, hardly any sauce and onions, and didn't get and pickles. It's like I just ordered two greasy pattys. I never expect much from McDonald's but this location can't ever seen to reach even those low expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been into. Imagine if no one cleans there, how is your food prepared? The floor has been dirty for a long time. Employees are busy chatting, God forbids you disturb them for anything you need! (Food waste has been sitting on tables for more than 30 minutes and garbage are full) there are too many chiefs and not much real workers ? an inspector should get in there. .especially covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30+ minutes for a large fries and mcchicken. Several angry customers being ignored for the delivery people who rudely cut to front of the line. This place is ok when they are slow, but if busy just stick to the drive through.
Burger was ice cold as if it was never cooked. Had to bring it home and put it in the oven to make it edible. So I had to change this to low rating. Disappointed by this McDonald's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a strange McDonald's, even the regular seniors have seemed to stop coming here much. Staff are super slow even when there's hardly anyone there, and most staff seem to be East Asian and speak their own language while laughing and joking with one another but not doing much.. feel bad for the other staff who don't speak the same language. And as a customer it makes me feel uncomfortable, like am I in a McDonald's or in another country?? Also very confused when taking customer's orders, and food was cold and prepared sloppily (see our sandwich from today lol) without a care. We also ordered a plain tea which somehow got milk in it, then had to wait forever for someone to notice and correct the order! This is one of our local McDonald's but is really becoming an unsavory location that we don't like to visit anymore.
Oh and don't forget about the ambiance, incessant beeping from machines makes it sound like you're in a spaceship that is running out of oxygen and the abort mission signal is going off. It's constant, gave us a headache. Garbage overflowing in trash cans as well, cleaning staff no where to be seen.

I ordered 6 cranberry muffins and I am attaching the picture of what I received. Did someone in the kitchen step or sit on them??!??
Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I tried calling the store and of course nobody is picking up the phone.
This location should be shut down!!!
