He answered all our questions with ease and he made us new comers feel confident being new e scooter riders. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone. Service doesn’t stop after you leave their shop with the product.

I had concerns shipping the bicycle from Toronto, ON to Moncton, NB, but Frank and Marc made the process go seamlessly. The bike shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I love my new bicycle. Based on the service and product, I highly recommend this company for your high end e-bike needs.

Made a preorder and was waiting a while for it, however every time I called they kept me well informed and kept me updated. Marc was very helpful with the purchase of the product, and Shawn was very helpful with the assembly and the breakdown of how the product works etc. overall was a good experience. They have some amazing bikes!

They even helped me put on some accessories I purchased a few weeks later out of curtesy. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
