★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this store to see if they could do some last minute stitching on my NHL jerseys. Explained to the person on the phone (who I think was the owner) that I needed it done in one week as I had a hockey game to attend. He said that it could probably be done. I dropped them off and they called me the next day to tell me they were ready for pickup. The guys working there were friendly both visits and the price for the stitching was great! Thank you!

Ewan helped me understand options based on my needs, as well as considerations that I wouldn't have thought of given my relatively low experience with bicycles. They primarily stock bikes from DeVinci which is a Canadian company. Took them less than 24 hours to outfit my bike with the accessories I needed, including child seat, so it was ready to go quickly. Great to have a locally-owned shop that provides friendly, quality service for my cycling needs.

i was looking for a bike and since everyone is looking, and bies were out of stock everywhere prices went crazy;
But because of bert's sport i was able to get a brand new DEVINCI , fully assembled and ready to ride.
Beware, these guys won't let you go until and unless you're happy and satisfied.

Ewan...(hope I spelled your name correctly) the owner of Bert's, has gone above great customer service. We have been going to Bert's since my son started playing hockey. Since 2014. He has always been helpful, knowledgeable, generous and extremely kind!! Not only does he have a wide range of sporting equipment .( I bought an awesome bike here as well as all our hockey stuff. ) He is an awesome human being! During these difficult Covid times , when everyone is faced with challenges, he still remains positive and kind , by helping out in very generous ways. We all need to remember that everyone needs to help out when possible. PLEASE go to Bert's for all your hockey, biking, or any sporting needs. Not only do they have great stuff...but they are a small business in need of our community support. Thank you...see you soon.......Liz

They work as a team coordinating the correct numbering, size and logo on any jerseys that I have ordered. I know that I can place an order and have no worries about any deficiencies. I used to order from another supplier, and I have received nothing but headaches and improper sizing. Bert’s Sports is genuine in helping their customers and providing a great shopping experience. All I have to say is “Thank You.”

Ewan is so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the shop and the team! Port credit is fortunate to have such a great neighbourhood stop for all things athletic, biking, sportswear and yes they even sell masks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have grown up with Bert's Sports from my first pair of skates to the pair I wear today. Although they have moved over the years I can assure you, the level of kindness and incredible customer service is unmatched and the same as the first time I walked in the door.
I recently brought in a road bike for a tune up and told them that if they found any other issues they could fix them as they saw fit and I would pay whatever it cost. This was risky because, as a young woman, many businesses would attempt to oversell me or take advantage. That is not true of Bert's. They called me throughout the process to discuss my options and let me know about any issues I was unaware of.
From my initial phone call to drop off to pick up I was thoroughly impressed with each person I spoke to. The bike is now like new and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great skate sharpening service by TJ. It was only $10 per pair which was super reasonable. He took his time and the end result was flawless. They also sell used skates for $20-40 which is a pretty decent deal since they come sharpened!
