I was trying to merge and a Roayl wheelchair taxi driver (CJPN 975) almost ran me into the construction zone he refused until the last second to let me in. I called the office to make a complaint and the person who answered the phone could care less. She offered to put me through to a voicemail and said someone would get back to me. And the taxi service wonders why they lose business to Uber.
