Voyago Medical Transportation- Hamilton Base

The driver was more interested in beating a fellow transportation drivers time to get from Hamilton General Hospital to Dunnville Hospital

I booked on Wed for a patient transfer on the following Mon at 10am and get a call on Sunday at 5 pm telling me to book another time thats convenient for them, how do you do business , not reliable, your moving people not a parcel

Sincerely disappointed with this service. Please explore other service providers for your loved ones. Our experience with this service provider was horrifying from beginning to end. To make matters worse, I have been trying to reach a supervisor or manager to report our dissatisfaction and have been denied the opportunity despite multiple phone calls and email efforts.

Despite what others have said, I actually had a great experience with Voyago. My mother was moving to LTC in St. Catherines from Dundas. They showed up on time, they arrived at the LTC facility on time. It was cold outside, when I met them in the lobby of the LTC facility they had her bundled up and warm as well, they transferred all of her belongings. No issues here.

I have used the Voyago Patient Transfer Service for well over a year now. In all that time I have been completely satisfied & very happy with their phenomenal performance! Right from booking my trip to my actual trip in & of itself each & every time by calling the 1-800# to book my trip, to the actual ride itself it has always been totally, professional & of great service for me! The customer service agents when I call to book my pickup/wait/return are polite, courteous & helpful to me but most especially are all my fabulous ambulance attendants (I am in need of extra help due to my health needs) each & every medical appointment trip I have taken! When I first began using the Voyago service (my 1st ride) I will admit I was nervous because of previous patient transfer service companies I had used in the past - NOT good experiences!! The ambulance attendants worked so diligently & professionally, cohesively as "one" team to ensure my complete safety number one, my comfort both physical & emotional & then to relieve "any" concerns or fears I had at all!! Each & every ambulance attendant I have EVER had with Voyago has always been very professional, empathetic, compassionate, kind, caring, friendly in the most appropriate way & even when the opportunity allowed funny too! These people (my ambulance attendants) are genuinely really good people who are sincerely interested in doing great jobs not only for the Voyago company they work for but most especially for their clients they are attending! The attendants are highly intelligent people with amazing, ambitions for their far reaching future goals! I wish each of them best wishes, much happiness & total success in all their future endeavors! Until then though, I look forward to my next trips with Voyago which are coming up in the near future! Extremely disappointed. Lack of compassion and empathy and such at difficult time moving into Hospice care. Showed up late and then lied about pickup time and charged overtime fee. Called to express my concern and while the receptionist was quite kind, no one bothered to follow up. Would most definitely not recommend this company to transfer your loved one.
