I gave them a wool sweater that was too small for me to dryclean before I sold it and it came back blocked looking better and fitting me. Excellent service, prices and I love their text reminders. My one and only issue is that despite being eco friendly, everything comes wrapped in plastic even though I explicitly asked them not to. When I asked the guy at the front to remove and reuse them, he ripped them off and threw them in the bin. Great.

Apparently the store had a policy of not accepting the fur, but the lady accepted my jacket without mentioning it and I didn’t know better. When I picked up the jacket, the fur was removed from the hood and they couldn’t find it anywhere. The lady was very nice on the phone trying to help me find it, but at the end of the day, I lost the nice fur for a very expensive jacket.

I love that it's a non toxic alternative to traditional dry cleaning methods, doesn't break the bank, and I can have almost anything I want fresh & clean. I took a king duvet and 2 throw rugs that would never fit in my machine and they came out perfect. Staff are very friendly and the text service is great. Highly recommend!

Marjorie did some tailoring for me and she did a phenomenal job! Excellent customer service all around. Keep up the great work!

The owner was very charismatic and kind. I found their website easy to use and made the whole process convenient. I loved the online payments and The text notifications specifically. I will be using their services again in the future. Specifically, the home pickup and drop-off sound wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend.
