β β β β β Love going here to use the Self Serve Car Wash Booths, where they provide not just a Water Sprayer, but a Brush with Foaming Soap (looks like shaving cream) coming out of it, to loosen everything up before Spraying it down. Then spray it with Hot Wax and Park elsewhere to buff it down.

β β β β β Just had my car detailed. Still dirty. Had to wipe the leather seats in the back when I got home. Also still has a fair amount of dog hair. Will be vacuuming it again.

β β β β β Was there yesterday for first time. Bought gold package. Absolutely a waste of money and time. The only thing that was cleaned properly were the inside of the windows. Chairs, floor and inside of dashboard were barely touched. Cupholders were not touched at all. The wheels were never done.
The exterior was done by a machine with brushes. Not touchless car wash. So disappointed! Will never go there again!

β β β β β They have changed to a drive through in your car for exterior only. Safer I guess but I can do that at a gas station and pay ahead of time.
They have always done decent interior clean so I will use them again when the virus settles down.

β β β β β Sincerely, they delivered ultimately rubbish service I have personally ever experienced in the world. I paid for the Gold combo and I got my car in the same condition as before. Only exterior was shining as it was automatic car washer doing a job for them. Carpet weren't vacuumed, they were full of dust, dash board and side panels still had soil and dirt smudges. Mats were just wet but with dirt on it. When I pointed it out, an employee who gave me the car back said that if I want they could spray mats again and he would wipe my door a little and that's it. Other cars were lined up and he was busy to give me more attention as he said. Only a lady behind the register was nice and helpful. It was total waste of money.

β β β β β First time paying to have my car 'detailed' I bought the gold package which was basically everything. They did a great job vaccuming, cleaning my leather seats, windows and messy backseat which is where my kids hang out. I've included a picture to show the difference. They did unfortunately neglect my cupholders. Not a huge issue as I only paid $30 and it took 20 seconds to clean myself. I would pay for this service again but removed a star for the cupholders.

β β β β β I have been here three times now, and it is never cleaned properly. I didn't expect it, but the windows still had an interior dog drool. The seats weren't cleaned properly, still dirt on them. Only then thing appropriately done is a vacuum. Please do not pay for the gold package as they do not wash your tires any differently, and my wheels have always been dirty.
My HUGE issue is in the picture this is a brand new jeep with not many kmβs on it and this is the spare tired in the back and it is It covered in scratches since the tire wasn't used; I do not know how that happened. The employee also said they use a brush to clean the wheels, but I did not notice the scratches until I got home and was washing my wheels properly as they don't. I highly doubt that anything will be done about it.
