★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great baked goods with a good assortment of vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. Even their day olds are good! Chai is outstanding and I'm not much of a coffee drinker but even I like their stuff. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my lunch break and staff was awesome! I felt bad because I had brought in my own sandwich but they even watched my things while I used the bathroom and waited for my tea! The matcha was top notch, and as I decided to get a treat for the way back the server even asked me if I would prefer a corner or middle piece of the brownie-now THAT’S awesome service!! I will be making this a frequent lunch stop from now on :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Bubby's breakfast sandwich scone, egg sandwich, and Bubby moor. They are seriously good. It's a great place to catch up with friends. Their service is good as well. I haven't tried their other locations yet. Looking forward to trying other locations! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy breakfast sandwich with rich, melting cheddar cheese and egg and pesto. Latte was great and kept me awake the whole day.
Just a suggestion… Idk if the barista wasn’t in a good mood in the morning but maybe it would be nicer if they could be friendly to customers, especially when it’s not busy inside! Just seemed a little cold bc there was no conversation other than making my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majorly impressed with this spot. Serious comfort Bakery. Really nice staff. I came at closing one day and ordered one chocolate shilling and went I left I had two in my bag ❤️ The beezlebubby cookie is amazing! Dark chocolate meets cayan pepper and Himalayan spice. It really has a kick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not think about it. So far best desserts I've tried in so long! So I've always like dessert but must of the times in happy with them but there's is something missing. I've ordered new York cheesecake, flourless chocolate tart and apple caramel apple crumble, and let me tell you they were amazingly delicious! My favorite would be the cheesecake. I was looking for the perfect cheesecake in BC and found it here. Totally my favorite place for sure
