Booking was SO easy through the online platform - you get to see exactly how much everything costs, choose your time slot, choose what you want done, all at your leisure without having to talk to anyone on the phone. And the prices are waaayy more reasonable than other cleaning services in the area... As a student, this is the first time I haven't felt like I was scammed by house cleaners in Victoria. I honestly thought it was too good to be true at first, but on top of all that they did a fantastic job with the cleaning and were super friendly! Overall a great experience, will definitely be recommending them to friends
By the way, note that these are not the same people as "Mindful Maid" (without the "s") on yelp, which don't have great reviews... That place was in san francisco and closed down 10 years ago, but still shows up on google search apparently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two cleaners arrived promptly, and worked quietly together even with us still in the home. They did a great job cleaning and were very friendly. It was so nice to get to spend more of the week-end enjoying family time rather than scrubbing the bathtub.

They no showed my appointment. During the booking process, I informed them the appointment was critical as we were listing our house for sale the next day. I waited around for hours, with my 4 month old baby, hoping they would show up to clean. After not showing up for the booking they didn't bother to return my calls or emails with an explanation or apology. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. If I could give them zero stars I would. Go support other companies, these guys don't deserve your business.
