★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with Taylor. She never showed up. I called to see why. She didn't answer. I left a voicemail. She never called back. That was 5 days ago.........
UPDATE: This review got a pretty quick response from Taylor. She did call me, but as it's Sunday and I don't work Sunday, I didn't answer. She did leave a voicemail this time explaining that she had called to say she couldn't make our meeting. Yes, it was just a meeting and not a regular cleaning appointment, to discuss a $9,000 contract job that would supply ongoing work, multiple times a month, for at least a year.
Anyways, contrary to her response to this review, I did not receive a phone call or a voicemail from her saying that she could not make the meeting and you'd think that when I had left her a voicemail wondering why she never showed up, she would have respectfully called me again.
Taylor, I did plan on returning the voicemail that you left today on Monday, but since you have responded to this review and informed me that you are not able to fulfill my future cleaning needs, I guess there's no point.
May I suggest, that in the future, you take meetings just as seriously as cleanings. It's unfortunate that you didn't feel my appointment required as much respect as a cleaning appointment as it was, in your words, "just a sit down meeting."
