I’ve always been told that running a short-term rental would be profitable but I lacked the knowledge and confidence to navigate that world. Host Happy is exactly the service I’m looking for – a company that makes it look easy because all of the foundational work has already been done, and they care of all the stressful management for me. I can’t wait to get started!

There are many time during our hosting that I don't believe we would have been able to meet the expectations or even operate properly without Robyn's presence. From their interior design skills to their top notch customer care practices this is an all around 5 star business.

I found Robyn on google; she was the first host that I called and after the one phone call, I realized how competent, knowledgeable, savvy, and dedicated to this work she is! And 8 months later, she has delivered! First of all, we are earning on the top end of what she said we would, so she's an underpromise- over- deliver kind of person, which I always appreciate. Secondly, we get amazing reviews, which often include what an amazing host Robyn is, going the extra mile to provide added details and special touches (like recommending trendy restaurants and nice touches such as local soaps and teas). Thirdly, she has an exceptional eye for design and adding the exact things to set your place apart. So if you are someone like me, who doesn't have the time or capacity to get the most out of your place, Robyn is going to make your place great, and get more out of it, to give you peace of mind. I can't imagine another host being able to deliver on the same level that Robyn does!

By far, the best part of working with Host Happy is not having to worry - I trust them to take care of things, and to communicate when needed. I could not be happier with their services and would recommend them whole heartedly!

Would have never figured out how to decorate my air bnb on my own to make it stand out like it does without Host Happy’s help. Management reports and documentation are lawyer level with goal oriented data provided as well. You can tell there’s a ton of experience here, and helps make it so you don’t worry while out of town. Having them look after my home was the best decision I’ve made in a long time (besides buying in this amazing city of Victoria).
