β β β β β Came in to see a doctor. No one was ahead of me so I suspected a not so bad wait. Receptionist didn't say anything to me. About 30 minutes into waiting I asked her how long the wait was and she said the doctor wasn't coming in till 6pm (which was still 20 minutes away) why not tell me this initially when I came in that there was not even a doctor in? This is awful. I could've gone somewhere else.
