โ โ โ โ โ They moved from Yonge street but still the same badly run clinic. They created a new google profile so that is why very few reviews here. I have been waiting for almost a week for them email me a blood work requisition. Unable to reach them by phone (as usual). Will keep trying because that is the only available route for me (no other way to contact them and no way to leave a message).

โ โ โ โ โ The most absolutely useless and frustrating staff I have ever dealt with anywhere at any time in my life.
If you value your time, go elsewhere. Good luck getting through on the phone and booking or rescheduling appointments.
I can't believe a medical office is this difficult to deal with.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Shams is a great doctor and easy to talk to. The centre however is absolutely the most terrible medical centre I have dealt with in my entire life. Out of every 10 calls, I receive only one response if I am lucky. Trying to call them is almost an impossible task. When you have an appointment, they call you once and it is absolutely natural that might miss a call because they never call you on time. If you miss it, good luck trying to get back to them even if you do it within 30 seconds.
