Pho was delicious not authentic Vietnamese but very tasty.
Chicken curry also full of flavors and tasty.
Satay was bit pricey compare to other Thai restaurant.
Veriety of South Asian food to eat here.
Plenty of parking lots around building.
But
Cigarettes smoke and ash tray at main entrance for chief or staffs who working at restaurants was very very unpleasant to see.
Many of them in apron and smoking by the door, I don't want to eat.

β β β β β It's ok. Certain dishes are better. There curry is very popular especially with their roti which is nice and crispy. The beef noodles are decent, the vermicelli is so so. The beef noodles taste like what you would expect. Nothing extra special. Portions are overall ok. Price to quality and quality, it's ok. Would come again if I'm around.

Curry was very good. Beef Brisket was not too chewy but can be better.
Beef Pho was very good.
Spicy beef rice noodle was also very good. The rice noodle is a bit brittle that breaks when you pick up with chopsticks
Environment ok.

β β β β β Used to be one of my favourite places for South East Asian food but the quality seems to have gone down. Most of the Vietnamese dishes are average. The iced coffee is still good and the naan and curry are still excellent. Service is usually good. If going to any of the food places in this plaza remember that the restrooms are not directly accessible from most of the restaurants. You have to go to the restrooms near the access to the underground parking.

β β β β β 3 stars for their foods, 1 star for the seating environment and 2 stars for the price. I would say their food is not bad at all but the seating environment has been the same for the past 10-15 years i guess. No change but price has changed significantlly. Perhaps I havenβt been here for long but last time I came food was pretty cheap compared to others so I would come here and have a sit down lunch or dinner. Although their food is fine, but with the price on the menu and an extra $0.5 for takeaway box (which is a good thing for the environment, but bad that they donβt mention it when i asked for it), I think I probably will not come here again. Whatβs good? Their curry is pretty good and the house fried noodles or the fried rice is always the best. Also the roti is pretty good too. Again, if you donβt mind the seating environment then sure come for it, but these items are like $13.95... or curry rice.. price as shown in the pics.. well, not many choices within this so-called haunted plaza. enjoy.

β β β β β I really like their satay beef pho and curry + roti. So delicious. I have been coming here for years! Definitely the best satay beef and curry + roti nearby. And when you are done, swing by the bakery next door (You and me bakery θζ»ι€
ε±) and get some yummy egg tarts and buns. How convenient is that! What a delicious plaza ?

β β β β β Gem of a restaurant listed in a small mall called Richlane, unfortunately half the shops appear to be closed/out of business.
Tuesday afternoon and the restaurant was full so I knew I made the right decision.
Food portions are very generous.
The beef satay noodles were excellent, peanutty & slightly spicy soup base, tender slices of beef with perfectly cooked noodles.
Curry beef brisket was tender and abundant with a huge side of crispy roti, so much I needed to take half of it home to enjoy.
Highly recommended if you're a beef satay aficionado.
