★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not an easy time for me to move twice within 2 months, but the experience I had with these people at public storage makes it much easier for me. Zul ( the property manager) and her team are so so friendly and professional and very very helpful to me . She is kind enough to follow up with me regarding a unit I needed for my furniture and her awesome service and her caring and kind attitude makes me so welcoming . I am grateful for the service and professionalism and highly recommend them.

The store manager Zul and her husband make the reservation and moving so smooth. The place is very clean and well organized. I would chose this self storage again and would recommend to my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ facility is clean and decently well lit. locker was in good condition and everything was explained to us from the start. the experience was good; i had no issues with access, dollies were always available. recommended.
Exit was east, I just let them know not to renew and then left with my lock!

I would recommend it to anyone including those like me who work downtown Toronto but don't mind the travel to be treated both professionally and friendly - a clean buidling with a even cleaner bathroom for tenants of the facility. The couple who runs it are truly wonderful people. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this public storage three to four times in the last 10 years. The place is very clean. The office people are nice. They changed staffs here and there in the past 10 years but consistently very helpful and friendly. I will recommend this place.
