This is a Vietnamese restaurant but does not serve authentic Vietnamese food. My partner's parents' house is right down the street and we would pick up Thai Yellow Curry and Vermicelli with Grilled Pork, or Pho pretty often. Over the time, the curry is acceptable but the flavour is not consistent and I could understand due to Covid, they don't have staff and everything. My partner is always obsessed with curry and not a picky person. I believe I had the Hue Style Noodles and never ordered again because it wasn't what it's called. Pho is decent, just too much MSG. Now, I always order Vermicelli because it can hardly go wrong with this dish. We simply just want to support local business once in a while as I am a proud Vietnamese daughter. Last time, we decided to dine in. As usual, my partner ordered Thai Yellow Chicken Curry and I got the Beef Brisket with Tomato Soup. That was not Thai curry flavour at all, but more like Indian, heavily spiced, and way too salty. I had no idea where exactly they pick up the Beef Brisket with Tomato Soup recipe from in Vietnam as they call themselves Vietnamese restaurant, but there was a lot of fat on the surface, the soup was overly sweet and I could only taste the star anise spice. The beef brisket was fatty and tender, which is fine. We finished pretty much everything considering this is just a restaurant that's not necessary Vietnamese or Thai or somewhere else. But after the meal, we were stoned in MSG for the rest of the night, and feel very bad for our body for what we had have consumed. What can you do when you are what you eat. I only write this after 3 years supporting their restaurant but that's it. Vietnamese food do not taste anything like those. I'm glad they make it through the pandemic but recipes should be completely revised if they keep calling themselves for what they are truly not.

Good Food comfortable environment and very good service on a busy day. My first time here, found menu interesting with many different style of food from Google map. The missing star is that our food was a bit sweet (too much sugar). We ordered Malaysian curry brisket and Tom Yum noodles. My wife cannot handle the sugar level in her Tom Yum. Beef brisket is good, also eating while, I had to stop because of the sugar level. Like to try other things like spring roll & pork chop that should be less sugar.

The food is so far so good. Yet the portion and ingredients of some dishes have been reduced in size since the pandemic. It's nice that they've added more Eastern Asian dishes to their menu.

Also post on Instagram under @bbt_and_cuisine First time here. Very spacious, nice ambiance, comfortable benches, friendly staff, quick service. Ordered tripe and beef pho, and Hainan chicken. Flavour is good but we found both dishes more oily than other places. We don’t plan to order these dishes again. The dipping sauces for the chicken was really good, the basil for the pho dish is fresh and I like that they blanche the bean sprouts without having to ask. They have other dishes that you wouldn’t normally find at a Vietnamese restaurant so we may be back to try those. We are also curious if the rice dishes will be less oily. The pictures on the menu for the meat skewers also looked good as well so may be back to try those dishes since we enjoyed the atmosphere and staff.

I was there on Sunday with my wife, and I left my laptop there. I came back on Tuesday as first customer of the day to have lunch and take back my laptop. Want to guess how I feel? More than wonderful.

Found Q1 Le Pho when searching for soup noodle place in area. I like the atmosphere here, tables are well spaced apart and the place is clean. Beef brisket w/ tomato rice noodle soup - Only comes in one size, portion was decent (like a medium). Flavour of soup was good however would've liked it more if the soup was diluted a bit more(was a bit too strong in taste). They use dry(type) noodles and they do give a good amount of beef brisket which was juicy and tender. Thai curry beef brisket - There's a lot of flavours in this curry and it all comes together in harmony. It tasted phenomenal, doesn't seem as greasy as other curries I had. Vietnamese iced coffee - Very bold and intense flavour even when it's in such a large cup. I would think it would taste much better after ice melted but couldn't stick around long enough for that to happen. Overall it was a decent experience. I think all the things ordered had very good potential to be great and all they need is a bit more quality control to get there.

Singapore Laksa Noodles Soup • Specialty Pho 星加坡喇沙湯麵 • 特別牛肉粉 Food was fresh and delicious. The portions were good. I love Singapore Laksa! This one was one of the yummy ones. ?❤️ The soup was so flavourful and the shrimp was so fresh. It’s not too spicy, but I love spicy food, so next time will order it extra spicy. ?

Pretty tasty Vietnamese cuisine (although I doubt their authenticity). I have to say I wasss pretty thirsty after having the pho with broth. Great presentation of the food - great for pictures. The pho came with COOKED beansprouts ???
