Reviewed our family immunization records in full detail and updated our shots! Donβt know why my family doctor didnβt inform me about updating my vaccines but glad Dr Aw did!!!

β β β β β At my appointment with Dr. Aw I was told the nurse would contact us for our travel vaccine, but after not hearing for over two weeks I called to inquire since we need the vaccine by next week or else canβt go on our trip. It turns out there was an admin error and we werenβt on the vaccine list. The receptionist told me they would do their best to contact me next week to schedule the vaccine. I told her βtheir bestβ wasnβt good enough and I needed to schedule a date today so we donβt risk having to cancel our trip. I was told we should have booked this sooner....which we did but there was an admin error and they didnβt call like they were supposed to. After getting frustrated with the receptionist and insisting on a commitment on whether we would get the vaccine, I was put on the phone with the nurse, who went on to ream me out for being rude to the receptionist. No apology for the admin error or for potentially causing us to cancel our trip. I admit I was a little rude, but do they care at all that I might have to cancel a $30,000 trip because of their admin error? For what itβs worth, Dr. Aw was great though.

β β β β β I've been with Dr Aw for a very long time. He's helped me alot. Taken care of me and my family. Recently there is a new secretary who won't let me see or get a call from Dr Aw. I don't know what her issue is but she just keeps saying go to the hospital when I don't need to.

β β β β β I have been with Ultimate now for several years and I feel fortunate to have such a great Dr in Dr Lam. The entire staff is always attentive, polite and professional, they make you feel cared for. I strongly recommend Ultimate Health Medical Centre if you are in need of professional health care.

β β β β β Office almost always puts you on hold. Rarely gets back to you. And when they do, always in a rush to end the call. Line is mostly busy. So much for being a family practicing office. Staff are not friendly either. Do yourself a favour and find another place.

β β β β β I just like the staff there is not very good at all , they keep you hold for a ridiclous amount of time and to get a hold of your own family is like pulling teeth,also to book aa appointment for your doctor is a horrible the amount time it takes to see himm is ridulous!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!
