The doctors at the walk in clinic are so unprofessional!! The doctor did a quick check up on my son he barely focused looking inside his mouth and decided to prescribe him antibiotics. They never even bothered to check his temperature!

Most of the reviews are not for Fairview Community Health. This is health clinic with multiple services such as medical care, classes like diabetes education and community engagement. This is not a walk in clinic. I have been a patient for years and am very happy with the staff and approach.

I have a feeling that many of their problems are due to high volume, but nevertheless, if you're able to travel to get to a better clinic, you're better off doing so unless maybe you have a condition you're able to reliably self-diagnose and just need someone to sign off on a prescription. The receptionist was god-tier and remained friendly and professional despite always appearing to be doing five things at once. It seems to take a couple of minutes to get her attention unless you're a bit pushy at the counter. When I arrived, she told me today was busy and there would be about a 1.5 hour wait, so she took my health card and I went home to chill until it was time to return. The waiting room has eleven seats which were all filled, and a few people were standing around/outside the door as well - it's quite crowded. I came back an hour later, but based on when I was called in, if I had waited the entire 1.5h, I would have been in good time. I came in for a suspected first-time yeast infection and was seen by a male doctor. He asked me a few questions, and then excused himself. A female doctor came in a few minutes later and took his place, asking me the same questions plus a few more about my sex life (which I presume the male doctor was too squeamish to ask about), and then wrote me a scrip without asking me whether I had any allergies or, as my pharmacist commented on later, specifying how long to take one of the medications for. At no point were any swabs taken or any physical examination done. They say you're supposed to go see a doctor the first time you get a yeast infection in case it's something else, but I honestly left the office no more or less certain that I had a yeast infection than when I was just looking stuff up online, and would have preferred to just save three hours of my life by buying the over-the-counter treatments.
