He spends as much time with you as needed, great eye contact and listening skills. He is very interested in understanding your medical concerns before diagnosing... he has a more whole/holistic approach to treatment. I would highly reccomend Dr Rawat. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

She continuously reschedules appointments and when you get on a call with her, she tells you that you are “wasting her time” and that she has “40 other people to call”. Has not provided any medical advice or suggestion. Has forgotten treatment plans. Has told me repeatedly to go to a walk in clinic to deal with migraines and anxiety. Has been pushing a specific anxiety medication since day one. I have told this doctor 30 times that I will not take that one specific medication and to give me other options, to which she responds with “you’re not being susceptive, we will have to reschedule this call”. It’s like she’s being paid to prescribe it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES. IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INEFFECTIVE DOCTOR. Will be reporting this doctor.

The subject line of the email had “urgent” written on it, so I assume that he took the initiative to respond right away. He always listens to the problem before giving his feedback and/or prescribing for a test. I never feel rushed and I feel he genuinely cares to provide proper health care service to his patients. My husband and I are both very satisfied with his service!

D	David McKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted my family doctor to set up a consult as I would like to have a minor procedure done and what I got was: 1. A scheduled meeting for a phone call. 2. During the phone call they referred me to a lab to get a scan (expected). 3. After lab results, they set up a time to have a phone call (expected). 4. The call was not to discuss the results but rather to set up a time for me to come in to the clinic (why on earth wouldn't they have just set this up instead of the call??. 5. Showed up 15min prior to my clinic meeting to check in and was told that I didn't have an appointment (by the person that emailed me with the details of the appointment). When I found the Email, she advised that someone else must have removed my appointment and they would fit me in. 6. After waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time for them to 'fit me in', I was there a total of 2 minutes and most of that time was to ask (and explain) what I want to do which was clearly outlined during every single Email/Phone call along the way. This experience tells me a few things: 1. The doctor's office is very disorganized. 2. There is no communication within the office (and no notes on the file). 3. The doctor must bill OHIP per call/visit/appointment as there seems to be an excessive amount of appointments with no clear reason other than to make another appointment. 4. I will be needing to find a new doctor as I cannot deal with this again the next time I need something.
V	Vinod Munshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rawat is very knowledgeable and looks at a patient holistically. His knowledge and going deep into the root cause of the problem is exceptional. Only family doctor who respects other peoples time which is rare in Canada.
