I was in the shared maturity program, and loved every doctor I seen while I was in it! My family doctor is Zuidhof now and she is always amazing! All of the doctors and nurses are amazing and very helpful and informative! It is a joy to be a patient with them!

I really like the doctors that I have seen here. They are knowledgeable and helpful. But patient communication at this clinic is terrible! It's a fight to get results from tests- because they will never call you back to tell you unless you demand it. They keep forgetting and/or putting off referral paperwork, and never updating about whether they are actually taking care of it or not to the point that I don't trust them anymore.

Wonderful staff. Great doctors. Feel welcome as soon as you walk into the office. Doctors are usually fairly quick to get to you. Offers many services. Always a clean and tidy environment that you feel comfortable in.

The online booking system with my family doctor is booking more then a month in advance. I called right at 8:30am to get a same day appointment for my 5 year old daughter. Scheduled for 1:45pm. I arrived early, was brought into the room early. At 2pm I informed the receptionist that I needed to pick up 2 other children from school. They were no help. At 2:15pm I left without my daughter receiving medical care she needed. They called my cell and said the doctor would fit me in at 3:30pm if I came back. I came back. Saw the doctor. He said he would fax her prescription to the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy they didn’t have records of it. I called the clinic back and was on hold for over 20 minutes while they β€œtried again and again”. After 3 fail fax attempts (they say) she suggested I come back into the clinic to pick it up. Once I got back to the clinic for the 3rd time in 1 day…they refused to give it to me without the doctor printing it himself. Conveniently he was in an appointment so I was left to wait for a prescription for my daughter that they have in their hands that the doctor wrote.then they refused to give it to me. Said the doctor would call it in. I said no, I came back for the copy. I wanted to speak to the doctor and she laughed in my face. It is a terribly mismanaged clinic. Something always going wrong, waiting for everything. I don’t recommend. Go somewhere else for your medical needs or be forced to endure staff with their power tripping attitudes.

The maternity group is absolutely amazing! All the doctors are incredible and have wonderful bedside manner. Most of the Dr’s would assist me in getting up off the table after listening to baby’s heartbeat which I didn’t expect, but was very courteous and thoughtful. This was my first pregnancy and all my questions were answered and I never once felt like I had too many or any β€˜dumb’ questions. Dr. D’Agostini, Dr. Zuidhof and Dr. Thompson I saw the most often and they were exceptional! Dr. Zuidhof delivered my baby, and I can’t say enough great things about her. When it came to pushing, she was very helpful and instructed me how/when to breathe/push and coached me through the entire process. It really helped me to tune out the pain and focus on her instructions, making the process so much easier. She was respectful of all of my decisions and made me feel comfortable during a very vulnerable time. A first pregnancy can be overwhelming and scary because you don’t know what to expect, but I truly felt like I was in good hands with doctors that genuinely cared about both me and my baby. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend the maternity group to any expecting mothers.

I've been at this clinic for 17 years & with the same Doctor (whom I love); however....getting through to anybody on the phone is impossible. I had to physically go to the clinic in person to book an appointment. & now I've been trying to get through to reschedule (since im sick and they don't let you come in with a cough) and of course I can't get through the phones. There is NO WAY you can tell patients you will charge them for a no show if in fact the patient has tried phoning and can't get through. Patients losing patience!!!!

The doctors are great. The systems are not. Online booking system doesn't work. Appointments just get rejected. The phone system is also terrible. You wait on hold as the "wait list" ticks down. Then after 15 minutes you get hung up on. They suggest they want to be the "home" clinic and you should go to them first, but they make it next to impossible to get in. Please please please hire more receptionists, or get an improved phone system or text or e-mail communication. I would not mind waiting to get a callback or response. But I do mind having to go through the same hold menu 3 times in a day in hopes of getting through.

I’m really upset that I even have to give this poor review. I’ve been a patient here since they very first opened. I can never ever get through on the phone. Appointments are always declined. Referrals are never done. I never get a call with my results. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my doctor. But the communication within the clinic and to patients is very very poor. New phone system is needed. They had a new one then they switched back. I unfortunately can’t continue waiting months and months to see someone or hear from someone. So finding a new family doctor may just be what I have to resort to.
