Friday morning walk in - was in and out in under an hour. Appreciated that they allow you to wait in your car and they text you when it is close to your turn. The lab tech I had was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and even though they were very busy, I did not feel like she was rushing at all.

I have a very sever needle phobia, the type that causes me to put off any procedures or tests that involve a poke. I went in today for blood work and I was as usual ..very anxious! I had an amazing nurse named Tina. She was patient with me and kind. I appreciated that she didn't point out my tattoos and piercings as most nurses do!!! (((Tattoos and piercings are in no way related to a needle phobia, for me anyways. Having that pointed out is frustrating not comforting))). I found all the staff to be pleasant and professional. I was in and out in no time. I had a wonderful experience and will be back!!!!!!

The staff were fully protected in PPE, there was a socially distanced lineup, people not masked were ask to wear one, hand sanitizer provided, surfaces cleaned after each patient, walk ins and appointments processed in two separate lines. All in all a successful Bloodwork appointment. If you are double vaccinated, you're as safe as possible here.

I have a severe allergy to all surgical masks and the staff have always been very accommodating and professional. That's why I keep coming back here for all my lab work. They have to follow all provincial COVID guidelines and I've always found them to be courteous regarding my circumstances.

I've been to a TON of different dynalife labs in the area and I had the best experience by far at this location today. Unfortunately I had to take my 6 month old with me. I was worried that she would start fussing in the packed waiting room. The woman who checked me in offered to put us in a private room while we waited. Even though it was a walk in appointment I was still helped fairly quickly and the whole appointment was very painless. Thank you for the wonderful service today. :)

very understanding that I was late, and I waited for a reasonable amount of time due to being late (my fault) and, got my blood drawn within a matter of seconds. it was amazing work, I've never seen such precision with needles, straight into the blood vein, straight out, and I didn't even bleed!!!!

So I’m terrified of needles and to be frank a nervous when I have to pee on command the woman who ran my tests was a saint. Kept my nerves under control by being so warm and kind but not condescending. Front desk staff also super fast and helpful. Recommend using their save my place on their website!

Update: I contacted client relations specialists and was told, and I quote " We are short staffed and don't dismiss employees, we prefer to work with them". Isn't a medical lab technician's job to collect samples, perform tests to assist physicians in a diagnosis? One technician treats you in a rough aggressive manner because you point out that she is not following the physician's instructions. The other technician verbally attacts you in an effort to intimidate, humiliate, and belittle you. She definitely offended and interfered with my ability to obtain medical services.( isn't this the definition of harassment and bullying?) In an effort to understand the company's stance on this issue, I went to their mission and value statements: Together we make a difference in people's lives through excellence in medical laboratory testing,diagnostics and customer service. They are 0 out of 3! Excellence in medical testing - if you take the sample incorrectly, no amount of testing is going to give you the correct answer. Diagnostics- if the sample is incorrect, the diagnosis will be incorrect. Customer service- let's just say their definition of Excellence is the exact opposite of the rest of us. I also noted that they had value statements on their web site. Passionate about patient care.(like violating their human rights?) Sensitive and responsive to customers needs. Are they saying I asked to be belittled and humiliated? Committed to high standards and doing things right. In my opinion this is a lie. We take responsibility for our actions and decisions. Employees who choose not to follow physician's instructions and employees who choose to be abusive to their clients and have no repercussions are taking responsibility for your actions? Unfortunately this company has a monopoly on medical labs and the public has no choice but to go here. In my experience they don't care about their clients, only the money they get. Anyone who has to have testing here should be aware that the employees can get away with any behaviour without repercussions and the Client Relations specialist should be ashamed of the way they handled this matter. To think all this is the result of me asking a simple question. Why does my name keep going down on the list? How would they respond to an elderly person or child who is sick, scared and agitated? , disrespectful doesn't cover my experience at this lab. Abusive bullies who leave their patients feeling humiliated and upset is a more appropriate review. Staff members making fun of other patients is abuse. They don't follow physicians orders, no commitment to patients, and no respect.
