★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited for a children's birthday party. The girls were treated to nails, makeup, glitter tattoos and a hairstyle. The women helping the girls out made them feel fancy and grown up letting them choose their colors and styles. They also provided juice and a little treat for the girls.
The facility was clean and well organized the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They even turned on cartoons for the girls to enjoy while getting their little spa treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my eyelashes tinted and lifted and I love them! I was 39 weeks pregnant getting my lashes done and the lash tech made sure I was comfortable during my Appointment. I'll definitely be going back for more pampering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Shantel today for a severe colour correction, I had been to other stylists for consultations with the news of either outrageous prices or that it was not possible to fix, after 3 hours in the chair, shantel not only fixed my hair without damaging it, but also gave me hope that there are still stylists out there who are not just out for your money but also have the skills to be able to help you when no one else will! I will 100 % be coming back to her forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Service! I had my daughters 5th birthday party there. Her and 3 friends got nails, hair, make-up and glitter tattoos. They all looked like little princesses! The staff there were so kind, the girls felt so comfortable and absolutely loved it!! Not only did they look like princesses but they made them feel like princesses too.
I still had to pick up my mother's present for my daughter and I didn't want to stop with the girls so I decided to hurry and go to Shoppers to quickly grab it. It took longer at Shoppers then I wanted and I was worried but when I got back the girls were so happy and were having a blast!
I would recommend Time Out Beauty Retreat to anybody who has a little girl and loves to be treated like a princess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time client today for the revitalizing bliss facial and body wrap package with Amber. The entire appointment was actual heaven. I’m still on cloud nine, many hours later. My skin feels amazing! If you’ve been thinking of getting one of these services, I highly recommend them with Amber. She is so sweet and good at what she does, also super informative and just all around awesome! I had a great time getting pampered and chatting during my appointment!
