Westowne Mazda was the first of many dealerships I visited when purchasing my newest vehicle. No one else came close to the professionalism, helpfulness and expertise of Ali Moghadam. Ali helped me find and secure the vehicle I wanted and was patient while guiding me through the purchasing process. I am grateful for his help and will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda.

I had an awful experience here. I will go out of my way to go to a different Mazda dealership should I need to take my car in again for any warranty issues. I took my 2017 CX-5 in due to jerky movement and I was told by the Service Manager that if an issue was found that was covered under warranty, I would not need to pay the diagnostic fee. Sure enough, there was a computer update that needed to be done which was covered by warranty. I was also told that there were several things not under warranty that needed to be covered (engine relays replacement, camshaft sensor replacement, multiple cleanings of vents, etc). Despite finding an issue with the computer covered by warranty, they still charged me the diagnostic fee regardless what I was previously told (their argument was that even though it was under warranty, this isn't what was causing the issue and therefore I had to pay the diagnostic fee). At this point, I was extremely disappointed with the dealership going back on their word, so I opted to take the truck to my regular mechanic to fix the other issues. Upon taking the car to my regular mechanic, I was told that the engine relays were totally in working order, same with the camshaft sensor. None of the extra work that the dealership recommended and told me my car absolutely needed was required. They are completely baffled as to why any of this was recommended and said that the computer update had been the main issue (this means I should never have had to pay the diagnostic fee). This dealership completely violated my trust in them and tried to charge me over $400+ to fix non-existent issues. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before purchasing another Mazda if this is how all dealers conduct themselves.
