She is patient, encouraging and prescribes exercises that quickly strenghten my injured areas. She is genuinely interested in my health and well being. I have learned so much from her. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The clinic is cheery and spotless. I highly recommend pt Health to clients who want to work with a professional staff and receive exceptional service.

Her techniques have proven to be absolutely great, considering other clinics typically put the pads on your back and give you a quick massage only to see no results. Farah will analyze your situation, determine the underlying issue, and will work with you to make sure the main problem is addressed and treated. It is clear that she helps her clients by customizing each treatment based on their needs. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone who’s looking for physio treatments that actually work

Agnes at the front desk is friendly and ensures your valuable time spent performing administrative, payment, and/or booking tasks is minimal. Farah is both caring and knowledgeable; She listens effectively and her assessment time is well spent. Farah is confident in her methods and never ceases think of innovative ways to further your treatment to produce better outcomes. Her appointments are always punctual, yet never feel rushed thanks to her efficiency levels. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this clinic and/or practitioner in the future, and am happy to have found them.

I highly recommend Farah for any sort of physiotherapy or rehabilitation work. Her professionalism is outmatched and she has wonderful bedside manners. She is also a delight to talk with and listens to your needs and concerns. Farah uses a variety of techniques that will surely help you on your road to recovery. If you are looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Mark. He has calm disposition and is exceptionally knowledgeable in RMT therapy. ~ A wonderful place all around.

Tara was very disrespectful and was very clear she didnt know what she was talking about. I had a doctor referral and she wanted a new one and told me i didnt understand my own condition (which i had for 7yrs). Told me there was no cure for what i had then told me physio would fix all my problems... Told me all my problems were the same even though my surgeon and GP both told me otherwise and they are in different areas. Very full of herself (know it all) and laughed repeatedly like she was annoyed and couldnt be bothered. I have done physio at multiple clinics and hospitals in Toronto - first time ive ever had a bad experience. Asked for a new referral Because she didnt like how it was worded - i took the same one to my GP and to another physio clinic and they said there was no issue with it. Choose another physio clinic or atleast dont choose Tara. Unbelievably disrespectful.

Called to book an appointment for my grandmother who needed physio and had a referral from a doctor. They were friendly on the phone but when we got there for the 1st apt...they basically treated us like garbage. They openly said that when patients use OHIP coverage they don't put effort in treating them because OHIP doesn't pay them enough. They said if we want them to put effort then we have to pay out of pocket. All they care about is cash flow and not their patients. Disgusting treatment of people seeking treatment and in my case elderly. I would never trust them with my health.

They dont listen to patients at all! Tara might be one of the most condescending disrespectful people ive ever met. Not sure why shes still in this field if she hates working with people. They dont listen to you, talk over you and tell you your wrong about ur own pain/medical conditions. This place has many fake reviews from people who work there/people they know! Also staff dont follow up on complaints and just ignore.

I attended the clinic following total knee replacement and, while I hobbled in for my first therapy treatment, I walked out unaided and unattended eight sessions later. Six Points is a warm, caring, and welcoming place starting with the administration staff at the front desk, to Gunjan Patel, Clinic Director who designed and supervised the treatment protocol, to Lazarela Boskovic, Physiotherapy Assistant who, stern yet gentle and empathetic, enabled and guided me through the outcome-driven exercise regimen. Thank you all.
