But they have also good people there.Yesterday I when to transfer a trailer she told me that i need the trailer on site (even if I call prior and got told pictures is fine) so when somewhere else and pictures was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insurance in BC can be a troublesome quest when ICBC changes the allowances on where your vehicle is leased from and from what company. In my case ICBC did not like that my vehicle was leased from a company NAME that they accepted in the past and no longer accepted as of now. A pain in the tail pipe when you left insurance renewal to a week before expiry. I called around to my past insurance broker and got a long explanation that said I need to deal with it and contact my Leasor and ICBC to arrange a fix.
I did just that and decided to drive into Kamloops to see who else could assist with my quest for insurance.
Walking into Westland Insurance I was greeted by Chantelle, wonderfully happy for the early part of the morning most dread. After stating she was caffeinated and ready to take on any challenge I had I sat down and she went to work. Chantelle was able to lias with ICBC, and after a few clicks of the button; and being on hold for awhile, she presented a resolution I could definitely move forward with.
Very happy I went in to Westland and connected with Chantelle. Keep up the great customer service and stay caffeinated!
