Adam, the technician, was friendly and arrived right on schedule. He checked out and cleaned my furnace and replaced the filter. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and politeness of Adam. This is the first time I have done business with this company and I will definitely do business with them again. He also noticed a repair that could be done & considering the predicted unseasonable cold weather we agreed. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction with the new part & by the time we noticed, it was after hours. We called in, had our call returned promptly & Westisle was back & rectified the issue very quickly. Westisle, without a doubt, has service dialed in!
J	Jim Koropatnick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam from Westisle came in response to a call to diagnose a problem with our new in-floor water-piped heating/cooling system powered by an air-to-water heat pump. Although the system was not installed by Westisle he found the problem within minutes (a burnt-out capacitor) and then worked with our heating engineer through a remote internet connection to tweak the system to improve performance. It is now working more efficiently than it ever has since it was installed a year ago. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient... our interaction with him and the staff at Westisle was a pleasure. I will be back.

We had problems with the heat pump over the Christmas period and Jesse carried out a thorough investigation to troubleshoot the cause. He explained the technicalities of the system to us as we are new to the property. He rectified the issue in a timely manner. We will definitely use Westisle Heating and Cooling Ltd. again and will not hesitate to recommend their services.

While the process was lengthy due to supply chain issues, we were extremely pleased to work with Westisle through every step in the process. Their staff, on all levels, were very helpful and excellent representatives of the HVAC industry. The technicians were always prompt, pleasant and professional. Moreover, they were extremely patient with the challenges that arose and always kept us informed of their progress. Most recently Adam was our tech. Called to ask if it was ok to be a little early before showing up. Very knowledgeable and friendly on all things heat pump including timer setting and nesting capabilities with the fireplace. (Separate issue but added to our working knowledge) Threw in a few hot tips as well! Solid experience and we love heat pumps!! Highly recommend!
