Work commenced quicker than we expected--workers were very knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up their work areas daily.
Dave was onsite several times which we appreciated as he made sure everything was done as agreed.
Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Bick while searching for a TSSA-registered contractor to install a natural gas hookup for a BBQ. Upon reading the positive reviews and the range of services offered, I decided to also have them quote on a few other plumbing jobs.
This was a 5-star experience from the get-go. Scheduling the quote was easy, efficient and they were able to work around my schedule. Same goes for scheduling the actual work. Everything was done in the same day and all three technicians were polite, punctual and professional.
To top it all off, the rates were very fair and competitive. As someone who is new to Stratford, it's nice to know that I've already found my 'go-to' provider for heating, cooling and plumbing solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. My ac died this summer. I got a few quotes from local installers, I got a quote from Bick because of the amazing reviews. I was not disappointed. From the very first phone call, to the installers finishing the job, I was very pleased with the service and the way they always took time to answer any questions I had. I ended up replacing my furnace as well. The prices were right in line with the other quotes I got, but the personal service puts Bick ahead of them all. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a appointment for a quote, we drove an hour away and waited for the day, for no one to show up or even call us. We called the following day and talked to the receptionist about the no show and she said she would get back to us. Once again this ended in a no call back. I would NOT recommend this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave Bick has looked after my heating/ cooling since he worked for Culliton’s many years ago,, and after he opened his own business. Last Sunday my 25 year old furnace quit at 5 PM! By 8 AM Monday my indoor temperature was 12 Degrees Centigrade. I phoned Bick’’s. Tech Mike answered the phone, was at my house before 9:00. Fixed it for the day, warned me it was on its last legs, might not last. He was right, died again that night. Bick’s installed a new Ruud Furnace next morning. Three men on time, courteous, efficient. Installed new Ruud furnace and new sized vents to outside. No mess. Works like a charm!
