My doctor faxed over a requisition 4 times to this location because they claimed they never received it... There were papers everywhere extremely unorganized, they failed to check the huge pile of papers in the fax machine. I came and left several times and heard the same thing happen to two other people while I was waiting there. I ended up driving to Kitchener to pick up the requisition from Stratford and had my bloodwork done there. Horrible customer service

Great lab. Very clean clinic. Staff are usually very nice, gentle and make you feel at ease. Sometimes the wait can be quite a while because of the sheer number of patients. I especially like the fact that you can view your lab results online.

Make appointment online and seen faster. They are respectful of mask excemptions! The staff are friendly and try to complete their work in a timely manner!

Terrible experience! Tried for two days to get an appointment with the lab. Tried calling and was instructed by automated message to go on line, tried a number of times but service kept β€˜freezing’. Phone calls were either kept on hold for long periods of time or hung up on. My final resort was to call doctors office and change the lab to have blood work done.

Staff are very attentive to your needs. They work as fast and effective as possible and they are very respectful and kind when they are doing your tests. Absolutely a great place and atmosphere

Went to life labs today and had four different people try to take my blood several times. Then was criticized between two employees in front of me!! Left in tears and never been treated that way in my life. Would give it zero stars if I could. And won’t be feeling anybody I know to go there.

I have to have my intravenous meds given at a specific time. They don't open until 7, my meds are at 7:30. I get there at 6:40. I sat in the cubical after they opened for 40 minutes, well past my meds time. This is two weeks in a row. They don't care. Appointments first. But you can't get one, booked up for months. Completely unprofessional & incompetent.

I am so disappointed by the lack of compassion. I showed up at the time I had booked more than two weeks ago.....only time I could get. When I showed up I was not on their list. I was made to feel like it was all my fault. In addition diabetic and fasting....no one once acknowledged how frustrating that must be or made any attempt to make me feel supported. Low glucose forced me home...I was offered a walk in but the wait would be long. I feel compasstion and understanding has disappeared. This is the same system that leaked my personal information awhile back..... it couldn't be an error on the booking system could it????
