We recently bought a new table, chairs and umbrella from Comox Fireplace and Patio. Dennie was such a help with the purchase; going over all the choices and prices, always friendly and with no pressure. We will definitely make this our patio and fireplace go to in the Comox Valley.

Service was good. The lost a star is a result of management refusing to write a supporting letter for our insurance company before even inspecting our fireplace to determine the cause of it malfunctioning :( they also couldn’t recommend another business or technician to contact to perform the inspection and provide a report - which would have been helpful. Other than that, the staff were pleasant and the technician that did come was very good and communicated well, and Brittany was great at getting us scheduled in for service on a tight schedule and fair with our service charges.

The installers were amazing. They were very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. The job was done so quick. Estimate was very close & actually came in a little under budget.

I’m so pleased at the service we received from Comox Fireplace and Patio. The entire staff at Comox Fireplace and Patio are absolutely fantastic. From the administrative staff in the office, to the technicians that go onsite to install and repair the equipment. My elderly parents live rurally in the Comox Valley (I live in Victoria) and the EnerZone 2.7 stove they purchased two years ago from CF&P was burning a more significant amount of fuel than usual. I asked CP&P if they could check on the system and if anything was irregular. They said absolutely! Make sure the stove is cool and they'd send a tech over ASAP. The tech arrived promptly on time and took great care to meticulously inspect the stove. He detected an issue right away and carefully repaired the door gasket. He also made sure the damper was working correctly and gave my mother and me a brief overview of what was wrong and what he fixed. The technician was dressed sharp, was polite and professional the inspection took well over an hour to complete. The stove now has an incredible fuel efficiency and continues to use at least 50% less fuel, which means lower cost and wasted heat. (it was burning too hot even with the damper closed) We will absolutely keep recommending your business to others and please use us a references if you ever need one. Thank you so much for looking after my elderly parents with such respect and consideration. All the best and continued success.

Went here with a friend to ask for help with his hot tub that was bought from this establishment. The hot tub had a leak and he was asking for a service technician to investigate what was causing the leak. He was told the technicians were booked solid and they could not help him. After much enquiry the gentleman suggested that he bring in his hot tub. A bit of an inconvenience if you ask me. I'm sure he can throw it in the back of his SUV. Who in their right mind would have to bring their hot tub back to the store they bought it from? Why would you buy something from an establishment that won't stand behind their product or even give you the time of day. I was only a spectator and was appalled by the 5 employees standing around chatting to themselves and listening to the very little help that my friend was receiving. Being a business owner myself, I couldn't imagine any of my employees treating someone with so little effort. I was embarrassed for them. I myself have purchased 2 fireplaces from this store in the past and didn't have any issues. Is this the new way to treat customers? Because if it is, I will be spending my hard-earned money elsewhere and NOT be recommending this place to anyone. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

We had been dealing with a different fireplace store and we very unhappy with the service we had received so we turned to Comox Fireplace. They have been very helpful and accommodating, successfully resolving our issues. Highly recommend.

These guys went above and beyond to deliver our new hot tub during a snow blizzard last month. They totally stood behind their product. When an item didn’t work they pulled out all the stops to get a replacement part in time for Christmas. Even though Denise( who incidentally is an amazing resource for anything hot tub related!) was running the campaign, everyone we spoke to at the store was more than helpful and we really felt they cared. We’ve been relying on their great service since we bought our first hot tub from them 13 years ago. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
