β β β β β We had the best experience working with Shannon and Bryce on our custom hvac unit.
We brought in Western Pacific in the middle of our renovations to install a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. Shannon from the get go was extremely professional and was able to walk us through many options and what would work best for us and our home. In the end we ended up with four cassettes and one custom slim duct that stays hidden through slick looking vents for our main floor. We love it and cannot wait to stay cool in the summer and burn no gas in the winter for heating.
Would highly recommend Western Pacific, Shannon and Bryce for any HVAC install needs.
