★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lads of Precise Plumbing, as part of my bathroom reno, installed a new bathtub/control valve and my new vanity.
The plumbers were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them on site. With one minor caveat, I highly recommend Precise Plumbing. The minor negative is that they can be hard to get on site, otherwise great, 4.5 Stars out of 5!

The technician was friendly and efficient; got everything done in less that 2 hours. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derek and his team at Precise Plumbing are great. We have used many plumbing services at our apartment building over the years, some good some terrible. Derek has been very professional and fast at the work he has done for us. Fair pricing, on time and communicates well. He has looked after a faulty boiler, a new boiler installation and has installed a walk in shower base, glass shower door and toilet in a bathroom we were renovating. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precise replaced a defective boiler wirth a new received from the manufacturer as negotated. It was the nicest job we ever had done. The technican came promtly assessed the functonnig and determined the break down He then negotiayd with the manufacturer. The technician did a very professional, neat and well functoning installaton. He also noticed that our pipe system was loose and he secured the sysrtem. If looks good and he left the place clean and orderly. The chartges for the job were reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derek and his crew are pros. We live on an island (Bowen) where is often difficult to engage tradesmen. These guys respond VERY quickly, communicate clearly, and show up when they say they do. The workers are friendly, hard working and highly skilled. A pro outfit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same day response to repair a blown apart fitting below water main. Derek was prompt, knowledgeable, and, in 30 minutes, had water running again for us. Natasha, in logistics, is very professional and a great communicator. I’m impressed and will call on them again. So glad to find them in the Sunshine Coast (recommended by BC Water Heater Services).

Dustin is a hardworking specialist and is skilled in the fields of gas fitting and plumbing repair. He upgraded my bathrooms and installed a new fireplace while respecting the strata bylaws requirements. Without no doubt, you will get the best.

He came in completed the work in a timely manner checked all the pipes and made me a very happy customer. We had 2 other companies bail on us and three others that were the worst when it come to customer service. I will use Precise plumbing heating again, would recommend as well! Thank you guys for all your help!
