Such a respectable and reliable company. All of their staff were very friendly, did an amazing job repiping the whole house and installing my new hot water tank. I’ll definitely be calling back!!

Excellent work, smart technicians, but terrible customer service skills. I arranged for a new part for my shower, but the replacement was interrupted by my THR surgery. When I attempted to reschedule, I got this email response I got from the company, "are you free tuesday the 19th?" I replied yes. I didn't hear back by 12 noon on the 18th, so I telephoned the business. A man I didn't know answered. I asked him to please narrow down the time frame. His haughty reply was that they could narrow down the timeframe to from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. I said that's not good enough. He said he would get back to me that day, but he never did. Wow! So professional of them to make me sit around for 6 hours waiting for them... NOT. Unfortunately, this is common practice with the business! Today, the 19th at 1:30 pm, I checked my Facebook and saw a Facebook message from someone I assume is a partner in the business, but he didn't include his name. He said goodnight, so I assume it was sent on the evening of the 18th. His message said that if I got back to him in the morning, they could do the service by 12 noon, but if he didn't hear back from me he would cancel the service. He didn't bother to contact me via email or telephone. I didn't look at my Facebook page until 1:30 pm, so he cancelled the service. Actually, I sent an email the night of the 18th, cancelling it because I was angry that nobody got back to me that day or evening by email or by telephone. For me, it's not about the money! It's about the respect for their clients' time, which they appear to have little of.

Highly recommended Curtis and his team - they are true professionals! They were punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable! As well, they are very knowledgeable around strata buildings.

Ian was very professional, listened and took the time to understand my frustration of being let down by 2 other plumbers who didn't show up. Overall definitely would use and recommend Mayne.

Great customer service and fair prices. Spoke with someone over the phone, and first thing she did is reassure me that they could fix the problem. Some one was on sight withing 4 hours and gave me a reasonable quote. Rather then rebooking to complete the work, they had someone come and assist and had everything working by dinner. 10/10 would recommend.

Curtis was very professional and very skilled . He was very transparent too when it comes to material purchases . His labour cost is was worth the kind of quality installation he did . He was very nice adding some minor re-caulking for free , on top of the main scope of work he did at our home . I will go back to him for our future plumbing needs . Alvin and Ana

I had a few valves in my condo that had seized and were no longer operable. I sent a few pictures to Mayne and was able to receive an initial estimate. The customer service I received and the quality of the repairs were top notch. Some pictures of the work: A new hose and valve retrofit for my toilet line (no before picture unfortunately) and a valve box replacement for the 4 valves at my washing machine. I would highly recommend Mayne and would use again in the future for other plumbing needs.

In the course of conducting some upgrades in two of our bathrooms, Ian, of Mayne Mechanical attended to first remove and then reinstall the faucets and associated plumbing for three sinks. Ian's service and expertise was excellent, and we were impressed with his prompt service, attention to detail, and his followup and communication throughout. Ian's willingness to answer questions, make recommendations and go the extra mile to obtain parts for some requested changes was greatly appreciated, and he assisted with an added plumbing-related matter not originally anticipated. Mayne Mechanical will remain our first choice in every service capacity they offer, and based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
